1. On a plate, rub the halibut on both sides with olive oil.
2. Pre-heat the BBQ grill to medium. Place the halibut on the grill and cook for 4 minutes on each side or until firm to the touch.
3. When you flip the halibut, heat a sauté pan on the burner side of your BBQ grill. Melt the butter, add the garlic and gently sauté for 30 seconds.
4. Add the black beans, salsa, Balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and cilantro and cook for 1 minute.
5. Place the cooked halibut on serving plates or platter and lace with the Balsamic Black Bean Sauce. ENJOY!
